Skincare concerns? We want you to glow with confidence, inside and out.Ā  If you receive a damaged product or experience any unexpected reactions to our formulas, you can return your order within 60 days.

United States (USA) Returns

Domestic orders in the USA as well as APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories can be returned within 60 days from the date of purchase by printing your own free UPS return shipping label. Returns over 60 days from the date of purchase do not qualify for return/exchange or store credit.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Only products purchased on Haruhi.com may be returned.

  • Shipping costs and gift wrapping are not eligible for refunds.

  • Items purchased from another retailer are not eligible for a refund.

  • All return shipments are opened and inspected. Products that are nearly emptied, tampered with, or filled with other substances are not refundable.

  • Partial sets or bundles are not eligible for a return — only complete sets.

  • Items that have been damaged or lost from personal usage—dropped, stolen, spilled, mishandled, etc.— are not refundable.

  • HARUHI monitors return volumes and reserves the right to hold or cancel orders, and the purchase account is subject to closure.

If a product arrives damaged or does not quite agree with your skin, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.Ā Ā
